LEHIGH VALLEY WEATHER

Time to be ‘Goin’ up the Country’ during Open Gate Farm Tour

The Open Gate Farm Tour has been a tradition in the Lehigh Valley for more than four decades.

Each year, farms throughout the county “open their gates” to the public to help educate the community on what they do.

On Oct. 15, from 1 to 5 p.m., the community is invited to discover a variety of farms that are growing fruits and vegetables, making cheese and yogurt, training horses, raising alpacas and much more.

We have listed the farms open in the East Penn/Salisbury areas. For the most up-to-date information, visit extension.psu.edu and search for “Open Gate.”
