Whitehall Marching Zephyr Band will be hosting Music in Motion Oct. 14 at Zephyr Stadium. This event will showcase marching bands from around the area, including Northampton Area School District’s high school and middle school, Louis E. Dieruff High School, Catasauqua High School and, of course, Whitehall High School.

The Whitehall Chorale leads off with the national anthem 5:55 p.m., and the first performance begins 6 p.m.

Food will be available for purchase as well.

There is an admission cost.

A PTO Plus meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Oct. 16. It will be held at Steckel Elementary School.

The high school’s Homecoming is next week. The Homecoming bonfire is set for 6-9 p.m. Oct. 19; the Homecoming football game is Oct. 20; and the Homecoming dance will be Oct. 21.
