St. Luke’s Northern Valley Primary Care has expanded its health care team by adding Tony Ohanian, MD, and Ashleigh Lara Crozier, PA-C.
The practice has three offices in the Lehigh Valley: in Allentown, Bath and Northampton.
Dr. Ohanian, a graduate of Moravian College and the American University of Antigua College of Medicine, New York City, treats patients at Northern Valley Primary Care.
Dr. Ohanian is licensed in basic life support and advanced cardiac life support. He also holds certifications in HIPAA, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens and Infection Control.
Crozier, a graduate of Houghton College and Drexel University’s Hahnemann Physician Assistant Program, is part of Northern Valley Primary Care’s medical team to perform history and physical exams, and evaluate and treat patients.
Crozier is licensed in basic life support and advanced cardiac life support. She is a member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
At Northern Valley Primary Care, Crozier rejoins Stanley Walker, MD, for whom she worked at Northampton Internal Medicine and Geriatrics for nearly a decade.
Dr. Walker recently became part of Northern Valley Primary Care, and brings 40 years of experience to the practice. He provides care for patients at Northern Valley Primary Care’s Allentown and Bath locations.
St. Luke’s Northern Valley Primary Care’s locations are:

6651 Silver Crest Road, Suite 101, Bath.
