Girls on the Run – Lehigh Valley’s second annual “run-a-thon,” will be held 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Steel Fitness in Allentown and will feature 12-hour-long exercise classes. There is a cost. Girls on the Run is a non-competitive, physical-activity based youth development program that encourages girls to be healthy and confident through running.
