The Lehigh Valley Heart Walk will be held 1:30 p.m. Oct. 1 at SteelStacks, 101 Founders Way. The walk, led by six-year-old congenital heart defect survivor Ryder Hoffman, of Emmaus, steps off 3 p.m. The event will host health screenings, CPR demonstration, games and fitness demos.
