Patty Ann Walter, 46, of Emmaus, was arrested Aug. 27 for suspicion of public drunkenness in the 500 block of Chestnut Street after allegedly causing a disturbance, according to police.

An 18-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Sept. 9 in the 1000 block of Chestnut Street for theft after he bought items and received change for a counterfeit bill at CVS, 702 Chestnut St.

A burglary was reported Sept. 9 in the 200 block of Stephen Street. Nothing of value was stolen.

An unknown actor entered a residence in the 500 block of Penn Court and removed cash and jewelry totaling $400. The incident was reported Sept. 9.

Crystal Alexis Ortiz, 22, of Bethlehem, was arrested Sept. 7 for allegedly driving under the influence, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving under suspension and careless driving in the unit block of East Main Street, according to police. Ortiz was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center and processed, according to police.
