Northampton Area High School Theatre Company will present “The Importance of Being Earnest” 7 p.m. Oct. 6 and 7 in the auditorium of the high school, 1619 Laubach Ave. Enjoy this hilarious comedy by Oscar Wilde in which two friends use the same fictitious persona to escape their otherwise boring lives. Trouble and laughter will ensue! Everybody loves Earnest, but who is he?

Tickets are $10 and are available at the door or online at nahsdramaclub.org.

Reminder: There will be an ESL (English as Second Language) parent night/meet the teacher night 7 p.m. tonight, Sept. 21. It will be held in the library of the high school. This is a very informative meeting for parents, so please try to attend.
