Phoebe Ministries has announced the following changes in staffing:

Michell Staska-Pier, RN, MBA, NHA, was appointed Executive Director, Regional Operations for Phoebe Ministries.

Prior to the appointment, Staska-Pier was Executive Director of the Allentown Campus. She was Director of Nursing Services for Allentown when she joined the organization in 2004.

A resident of Barto, Berks County, Staska-Pier received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Kutztown University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University.

Susan Schlener, RN, BSN, NHA, was appointed Executive Director of the Phoebe Allentown Campus. Since 2016, Schlener was Administrator of Phoebe Allentown and prior to that was Administrator of Phoebe Wyncote, Montgomery County.

A resident of Quakertown, she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Cedar Crest College.

Lauren Everett, CSA, PCHA, NHA, was appointed Administrator of Phoebe Allentown. Since 2016, Everett was Interim Administrator of the Phoebe Allentown Health Care Center and the David A. Miller Personal Care Community on the Allentown campus.

A resident of Quakertown, Everett received a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Moravian College. She was licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in 2016, and certified as a Personal Care Home Administrator in 2016.
