A 19-year-old male, of Alburtis, was charged with suspicion of burglary and criminal trespass after he allegedly entered a garage in the 7500 block of Spring Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, and removed a bicycle Aug. 27. He also was charged with alleged theft and receiving stolen property, according to police.

Dale Gene Raudenbush, 57, of Macungie, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Brookside Road at Indian Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:11 a.m. Aug. 12, according to police.

Lacey Beth Herring, 20, of Emmaus, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and other charges after a traffic stop on Cedar Crest Boulevard at North Street, Emmaus borough, 11:41 p.m. Aug. 23. Herring allegedly was found to be under the influence of a drug and in possession of prescription pills and drug paraphernalia, according to police.

Bernardo Antonio Del Pilar Medina, 31, of Allentown and Kirssys Dorisley Sureo, 30, of Allentown, were charged with suspicion of retail theft and conspiracy after an incident at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:21 p.m. Aug. 15. According to police, Del Pilar Medina and Suero allegedly filled a shopping cart with various merchandise then covered the cart contents with a floor mat to conceal the merchandise and passed the self-check cash registers in an attempt to remove the merchandise from the store.

Dhwanir Mahendrakumar Shah, 38, of Trexlertown, was charged with suspicion of retail theft after he allegedly entered Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, concealed merchandise in a backpack and left the store without paying 4:27 p.m. Aug.. 26, according to police.

Tiffany Ann Buskirk, 35, of Orefield, was charged with suspicion of retail theft after she allegedly removed several items from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:51 p.m. Aug. 10. Buskirk allegedly did not pay for the items, according to police.

Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to an alarm at Smashburger restaurant, 707 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Townshi0p, 12:04 a.m. Sept. 7. Police determined no emergency had occurred and the alarm was false. A non-traffic citation was issued, according to police.
