Albert Paul Hallameyer Jr., 35, of Whitehall, faces charges of suspicion of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession or use of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop along Fish Hatchery Road at Cedar Crest Boulevard, Salisbury Township, 2:30 a.m. Aug. 6. According to police, a search of the vehicle yielded a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. An investigation revealed Hallameyer also was wanted out of Maryland for an alleged parole violation, according to police. Charges were filed and Hallameyer was confined to Lehigh County Prison, according to court documents.
