Good Shepherd Network names human resources vice president

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, Allentown, has hired Mark P. Sneff as vice president, Human Resources.

“As the eighth largest rehabilitation provider in the country, Good Shepherd is experiencing a rapid period of growth,” said John Kristel, President & CEO, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network. “I am confident that Mark’s experience and expertise will help us continue to lead the industry as an international destination for recovery.”

Sneff joins Good Shepherd with more than 25 years of human resources leadership and operations experience in healthcare, education, private equity, international pharmaceutical development and executive search.

Sneff spent seven years at NovaCare during a high-growth phase and was a leader in HR with ManorCare during its launch of assisted living and high-acuity rehabilitation services. In his most recent role, Sneff was the vice president of Human Resources for Fox Rehabilitation.

Sneff received a bachelor of arts degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
