State Police Troop M, Fogelsville, were dispatched 11:59 p.m. Aug. 19 for a report of an alleged disturbance and underage drinking party on Leiby Road, Weisenberg Township.
Police say upon arrival, numerous juveniles allegedly fled into the surrounding wooded area.
Thirteen juveniles who allegedly fled after being instructed to stop were cited for underage drinking and referred to the Impact Project.
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a traffic stop was conducted July 31 on I-78 West in Weisenberg Township on a silver Nissan Altima driven by Juan Briscoe, 57, of Hagerstown, Md.
Police say the car was allegedly displaying a stolen license plate from Maryland.
Briscoe, who police say was taken into custody, allegedly had a stolen credit card.
Charges were filed against Briscoe for one count of receiving stolen property and one count of theft of lost or mislaid property.
State Police Troop M, Fogelsville, say Linda J. Pace, 57, of Coaldale, Schuylkill County, was driving a 2008 Mazda 3 north on Route 309, just north of Mountain Road, Lynn Township, when it hit the roadside curb 9:29 p.m. Aug. 13.
The car struck the curb with its driver’s side front tire before coming to a final rest on the shoulder of Route 309.
Pace, who was wearing her seat belt, was uninjured.
She was given a warning for a vehicle code violation.
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say around 12:22 a.m. Aug. 9 a passer-by found a small Mason jar containing marijuana in a wooded area in the 7200 block of Lincoln Court, Lynn Township.
