Learn about the court system and different types of law at a People’s Law School, presented by the Northampton County Bar Association to the Public Committee in conjunction with Northampton Community College (NCC), Thursdays, 6-8 p.m., Sept. 14-Nov. 2, in Room 101, Kopecek Hall, on the Bethlehem campus of NCC, 3835 Green Pond Road, Bethlehem Township.
Topics will include the following:
Sept. 14: Introduction to the Court System
Sept. 21: Family Law
Sept. 28: Wills & Estates
Oct. 5: Intro to Federal Law and Military Law
Oct. 12: Real Estate
Oct. 19: Criminal Law
Oct. 26: First Amendment
Nov. 2: Civil Law
All classes are taught by attorneys and professionals in law-related fields.
