A 36-year-old male, of Macungie, was injured after his vehicle struck a tree in Upper Milford Township July 15. According to police, the male was traveling west in the 7400 block of Saint Peters Road about 4:39 p.m. when his vehicle traveled off the road and struck a tree. The vehicle then traveled across the east lane of Saint Peters Road and struck a downed tree before coming to a final rest. According to police, the male sustained an injury in the crash and was transported to the hospital by emergency personnel.

Jesus Manuel Nadal-Suarez, 26, of Allentown, faces charges of suspicion of retail theft, receiving stolen property and resisting arrest after an incident at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township. According to police, troopers responded to the store for a report of a retail theft in progress 11:31 p.m. Aug. 18 and saw Nadal-Suarez allegedly in the area of Hamilton Boulevard. Nadal-Suarez allegedly started to flee on foot across moving traffic and troopers pursued on foot and apprehended Nadal-Suarez who allegedly resisted arrest. Police determined Nadal-Suarez allegedly removed $435.36 in merchandise from Walmart and was on parole at the time of the incident. Nadal-Suarez was confined to Lehigh County Prison at the time of his arrest because he was unable to post bail and charges were filed, according to court documents.

Kristie Ellen Sallada, 39, of Wescosville, was charged with suspicion of retail theft after she allegedly removed $222.74 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:41 p.m. June 11. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Alexander Gomez, 24, of Fleetwood, was charged with suspicion of harassment after he allegedly punched an Allentown man in the head and threw a wrench at him in the 7500 block of Industrial Park Way, Lower Macungie Township, 1:30 p.m. Aug. 11.

A 31-year-old man and his girlfriend, 33, were cited for harassment after a dispute on Mcfetteridge Lane, Lower Milford Township, 7:51 p.m. Aug. 15. According to police, the couple argued and the woman sprayed the man with pepper spray. The man then struck the woman.

A 34-year-old male was cited for harassment after he threatened bodily harm to a 28-year-old male by a text message in the 700 block of North Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:34 p.m. Aug. 22.

Timothy John Roland, 53, of Emmaus, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence and other charges after a traffic stop in the 4000 block of Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, 11:45 p.m. July 27. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Conor Patrick Houghton, 21, of Emmaus, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence, careless driving and other charges after a traffic stop in the 2800 block of Sheffield Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 3:06 a.m. July 30. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Jaret Tyler Vazquez, 20, of Emmaus, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence and other charges after an incident in the 4100 block of Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, 3:09 a.m. July 29. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Ryan Joshua Thomas, 31, of Quakertown, faces charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property after a search of his hotel room at the Executive Inn, Route 309, Coopersburg. According to police, Thomas allegedly removed a tablet computer and several pieces of jewelry from a residence along Cymun Drive in Lower Milford Township, Aug. 16. Police recovered the tablet computer during the search of the hotel room. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Catharine Ruth McDonald, 38, of Allentown and Anthony Jason Almonti, 32, of Allentown, were charged with suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident along Cedar Crest Boulevard, south of Fish Hatchery Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:29 a.m. Aug. 8. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

JAS Wholesale and Supply Co., Inc., 4501 Colebrook Ave., Upper Milford Township, reported $1,435.35 went missing from a delivery truck as cash payments for deliveries between Aug. 2 and 4. According to police, the complainant did not wish to pursue legal charges and would handle the matter internally.

An unknown actor or actors entered a vehicle in the 1300 block of Mohr Circle, Lower Macungie Township, and removed a laptop computer, laptop case and Garmin GPS with a total value of $925 between 10 p.m. Aug. 22 and 9 a.m. Aug. 23.
