Cynthia Marie Moyer, 44, of Walnutport, was taken into custody under suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on Interstate 78 Westbound at mile marker 56.1, Salisbury Township, 1:24 a.m. Aug. 2. According to police, Moyer also allegedly was in possession of methamphetamine and Oxycodone at the time of the traffic stop. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
