Northampton Community College

Richburg named an executive director

Andre Richburg has been named as the new executive director of enrollment management in the Student Affairs and Enrollment Division.

He has extensive experience in the areas of enrollment management at Atlantic Cape Community College in Mays Landing, N.J., in admissions/recruitment, college relations, testing and financial aid areas.

He earned a master’s degree in education from Monmouth University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from William Paterson University. He will be pursuing his doctorate in education in the fall of 2018. He is a faculty advisor and mentor for the National Association for College Admission Counseling.

Loeffler named vice president, dean

Lauren Loeffler has been named as the vice president of workforce development in Community Education and dean of the Fowler Family Southside Center beginning in August. She comes to Northampton Community College from Bucks County Community College where she was executive director of workforce development and led a team delivering non-credit professional training to individuals in the public sector as well as businesses and corporations.

She earned a master’s degree in professional communication from Thomas Edison University, Trenton, N.J., and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Muhlenberg College. She is currently chairperson of the Pennsylvania Community Colleges’ Workforce Development Affinity Group.
