HEIDELBERG TOWNSHIP: Rod and gun club having picnic Aug. 20
Hoot and holler! Ontelaunee Rod and Gun Club, New Tripoli, welcomes everyone to its annual club picnic starting noon Aug. 20.
This fun, family event will take place rain or shine.
All shooting ranges will be closed during this time.
In addition to entertainment provided by DJ Brian Keith, there will be loads of delicious food and games for the entire family to enjoy.

Cheer is here! Heidelberg Union Church will be celebrating the musical ministries of David and Louise Earp on Aug. 13. All are invited to come!
This will be David and Louise’s last day as organist and choir director for 15 years at Heidelberg Union Church.
A time of fellowship and a meal will be provided immediately following the 10:15 a.m. union worship service.
Many blessings are wished to the both of them on their retirement.

Save the date! On Sept. 17, Ontelaunee Rod and Gun Club, New Tripoli, will have a Sportsmen’s Swap Meet 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. rain or shine.
The public is invited to come and enjoy great deals, raffles and food.
The Well-Armed Woman of Berks and Lehigh Chapters will be organizing this flea market-style swap meet.
Only Ontelaunee Club members will be permitted to rent tables to sell sports related items, such as fishing, camping, hiking and hunting gear, holsters, archery and shooting equipment, accessories and more.
