Aracelly Delgado, 58, of Allentown, was charged with suspicion of retail theft after she allegedly removed $133.32 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:42 p.m. July 23. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Nevon Johnny Morgan, 24, of Cambria Heights, N.Y. and Raven Shatiqua Herrin, 20, of Springfield Gardens, N.Y., were charged with alleged possession of marijuana and alleged use or possession of drug paraphernalia after a DUI checkpoint at U.S. Route 222 South and Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:49 a.m. Sept. 3, 2016. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Jonathan Torres, 28, of Wilmington, Del., was charged with alleged possession of marijuana and alleged use or possession of drug paraphernalia after a vehicle was stopped for speeding along Interstate 476 North at mile marker 45.8, Lower Milford Township, 3:02 p.m. June 17. Torres allegedly was a front seat passenger in the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop. A strong odor of marijuana was detected and a search of the vehicle was conducted. A black container with a green vegetable matter was in a backpack in the trunk of the vehicle, according to police. Torres allegedly related the backpack belonged to him. A clear plastic bag containing green vegetable matter was found in his pant pocket at the time, according to police. The vegetable matter tested positive for marijuana, according to authorities. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Edwin Ubiera-Valerrama, 28, of Wescosville, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop along U.S. Route 222 at Kressler Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:11 a.m. May 7. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville issued a non-traffic citation for control of alarm devices to John Yurkonic Agency, 5910 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, after responding to the business for nine false alarms between Dec. 1, 2016 and 11:17 p.m. July 26. Another non-traffic citation was issued to the business when troopers responded to the business 11:18 p.m June 27.

Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville issued a non-traffic citation for control of alarm devices to Costco Wholesale, 791 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, after responding to the business for an active burglar alarm 1:26 a.m. June 15. The alarm was the fifth false alarm within 12 months.

Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville issued a non-traffic citation for control of alarm devices to Smashburger, 707 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, after responding to the business for a seventh false alarm in a 12-month period 4:47 a.m. June 21. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

A resident in the 3300 block of Overlook Drive, Lower Macungie Township, reported a wallet was stolen from a vehicle parked in the driveway overnight June 21.

A caller to the customer service telephone line at Bon-Ton, Trexler Mall, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, threatened to shoot people after becoming upset between 9:30 and 10 a.m. June 15.

Reported by a resident in the 6800 block of Ridge Road, Upper Milford Township, unknown actors changed the complainant’s credit card account information by using his social security number.
