Luis Manuel Disla, 41, of Emmaus, was arrested July 17 on charges of suspicion of simple assault and harassment in the 600 block of Furnace Street after a domestic dispute. He was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center for processing. Charges were filed, according to court records.
An unknown actor removed a Jett mountain bicycle from the rear of a residence in the unit block of North Sixth Street. The incident was reported July 26. The bicycle is valued at $900.

A white Toyota Tundra pickup truck was struck by a small dark colored sport utility vehicle operated by a white male, damaging the right side of the vehicle. The incident happened at the intersection of 10th and Chestnut streets July 20.
