Matthew D. Ferguson, 35, of Summit Hill, faces charges of suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, suspicion of criminal mischief - damage to property, criminal trespass - breaking into a structure, public drunkenness and similar misconduct, driving without a license and careless driving after an incident July 26 in Lower Macungie Township, according to a public court summary of the charges. Ferguson was unable to post a $25,000 bail at the time and was confined to county jail, according to court documents.
Louis Charles Roche III, 25, of Emmaus, was taken into custody and charged with suspicion of driving under the influence and other charges after troopers responded to a crash in the 2000 block of Willow Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 1:39 a.m. July 15. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Katey Morgan McVicker, 21, of Emmaus, was taken into custody and charged with suspicion of driving under the influence and other charges after a traffic stop for violations on South Cedar Crest Boulevard at Riverbend Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:55 a.m. July 15. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Loria Ann Khalil, 36, of Catasauqua, was taken into custody and charged with suspicion of driving under the influence and other charges after a traffic stop conducted for violations along Hamilton Boulevard at Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:28 a.m. June 3. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
A resident in the 2500 block of River Rock Road, Lower Macungie Township, reported an iPod was removed from an unsecured vehicle sometime between June 25 and July 3.
A resident in the 1000 block of Hill Drive, Lower Macungie Township, reported the theft of a wallet from a purse at the residence between 8 p.m. July 24 and 4 p.m. July 26. A complainant reported a window was damaged at a location along Buckeye Road, Upper Milford Township, between 1 a.m. and noon July 25.
