Three residents of Bronx, N.Y., face charges under the Pennsylvania Controlled Substance, Drug, Device And Cosmetic Act after they were allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana along Interstate 78 westbound at mile marker 59.2, 3:12 a.m. July 22. Giovanny Rahonel Ripley, 22, was charged with suspicion of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use. Pedro Jose Cuevas Lopez, 23, was charged with suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana and a 19-year-old male also was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. All three were arraigned July 22. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Jessica Tianna Michael, 26, of Fairmont, W.Va., was charged with suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop along Interstate 78 West at Cedar Crest Boulevard, Salisbury Township, 3:44 a.m. July 18. According to police, Michael allegedly was a rear passenger in the vehicle and allegedly was found to be in possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Alastair Clay Christopher, 37, of Cherry Hill, N.J., was charged with suspicion of possession of a small amount of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and other charges after a traffic stop for violations on Interstate 78 West at mile marker 55.9, Salisbury Township, 1:24 a.m. June 6. A search of the vehicle allegedly yielded a small amount of marijuana. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
