Outdoor Toy Town (flea market) 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Macungie. Visitors should park at 4062 Brookside Road; Toy Town is directly next to the parking.

Aug. 5

Outdoor Toy Town (flea market) 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and indoor toy show 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Macungie. Parking at 4062 Brookside Road and 5616 Buckeye Road.

Family Fun Day/Touch a Truck event 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Quakertown Farmers Market, 201 Station Road, Quakertown. Free event includes fire trucks from Quakertown, Haycock and Milford Township fire companies, police cruisers, ambulances, a 10-wheel dump truck and a large John Deere tractor. Two Eagles cheerleaders will sign autographs noon to 1 p.m. Games, prizes, crafts, face painting, DJ and balloon artist also on hand to thank the community for 85 years of support. Maker Fun Factory VBS hosted at Emmanuel Assembly of God, 1431 Lehigh Parkway East, Allentown, 6 to 8 p.m. through Aug. 11. Maker Fun Factory is for ages three to 12. Family members and friends are encouraged to join in daily 7:35 p.m. For more information, email pastorcalebcook@gmail.com.

Aug. 12

The Salisbury Athletic Booster Club is conducting a one day clothing and more drive 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Salisbury Middle School, 3301 Devonshire Road, Allentown. Items to be collected include clothing and shoes, accessories, household items and toys. They will not accept VCR tapes, CDs, books, box televisions, monitors, car seats, oversized playsets or outdoor playsets. Schpotyaahr Fescht (Fall Festival) – Weisenberg Lowhill Township Historical Society, 4585 Werleys Corner Road, New Tripoli, noon to 6 p.m. Also Sept. 10. Food, bake sale, children’s activities, crafters, animals, antique engines, tours of historic hotel and grounds and more. Free miniature horse buggy rides are available (Sunday only). 2017 Emmaus Main Street Partners Farewell to Summer Festival at Triangle Park, 332 Main St., Emmaus, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Event includes family friendly activities for kids, teens and adults including: live music, A Troll Trail Hunt, children’s and teen entertainment, artisan, nonprofit and service vendors, the EMSP beverage bar, the Mystery Basket Family Cooking Challenge, a free showing of the Trolls Movie at the Emmaus Theatre and more. Emmaus Kiwanis/Quest Diagnostics Health Screening 7 to 10 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 501 Chestnut St., Emmaus. There is a cost.
