State Police Troop M Fogelsville say troopers responded 8:24 p.m. July 21 for a report of a loose German shephard in the 2100 block of Krecks Road, Weisenberg Township.

Police say neighbors complained that the dog approached them and their dogs on their property, which made them feel threatened.

Contact was made with the dog’s owner Sergio Espinoza of Fogelsville, upon its return, police say.

Charges were filed against Espinoza with District Judge Rod Beck, Slatington.
