State police say Elyse Charlotte Suter, 26, of New Tripoli, was involved in a single vehicle crash just before 5 p.m. July 2 at 8040 Holbens Valley Road, Weisenberg Township.

Police say Suter was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence.

She was charged with DUI and related traffic offenses before District Judge Rod Beck, Slatington.

State police conducted a traffic stop for an alleged violation just after 1 a.m. June 20 on Schochary Road at Decatur Street, Lynn Township.

The male driver from Allentown was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol and taken into custody.

Charges were filed with District Judge Rod Beck, Slatington.

State police say Rosewill Craigle, 25, of Tamaqua was driving a 2010 Ford Mustang just before 10 p.m. July 23 on Route 309, just north of Mountain Road, Lynn Township, when she apparently failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway.

Her car spun out of control and struck a tree in the west side of Route 309.

Police say Craigle was allegedly traveling too fast for weather conditions at the time.

Craigle, who police say was wearing a lap and shoulder belt, was not injured.

Her passenger, Kaitlyn Bandell, 20, of Allentown, was also wearing her lap and shoulder belt. Police say she was not injured.

The car was removed by Stew’s Towing.

Police say traffic citations were filed with District Judge Rod R. Beck, Slatington.
