A resident in the 6000 block of German Road, Upper Milford Township, reported someone entered the basement of the residence and removed a black safe on wheels between June 22 and 24. The resident reported seeing a male on his property who was driving a white truck June 22. Anyone with information about the incident may contact Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.

Karli Ann Leffller, 18, of Emmaus, was arrested and charged with theft, receiving stolen property, hit and run, driving under the influence and other associated traffic offenses after she allegedly stole a white Chevrolet pickup truck with a trailer attached along Stag Drive, Upper Milford Township, 6:30 a.m. July 4. After stealing the vehicle, Leffler allegedly was involved in a hit and run accident along Main Road West, Upper Milford Township, according to police. Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville troopers located the truck and trailer in separate locations in Lower Macungie Township. As a result of the investigation, Leffler was arrested and charged, according to police and charges were filed, according to court documents.

A resident in the 4200 block of Dillingersville Road, Lower Macungie Township, reported an unknown actor struck the protector surrounding a mailbox with an unknown object overnight June 13.

A resident in the 6000 block of Eli Circle, Lower Macungie Township, reported an unknown actor removed three solar lights from the property overnight June 20. The lights were found smashed in the street the following morning.

A resident in the 4600 block of Berwyn Lane, Lower Macungie Township, reported a garage door at the residence was kicked and damaged 1:15 a.m. June 7.

Several residents in the 6300 block of Sauterne Drive, Lower Macungie Township, reported several mailboxes along Sautrerne Drive and Sauerkraut Lane were damaged 2:50 a.m. June 10.

A complainant at 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Suite 130, Lower Macungie Township, reported a damaged window June 16.

Unknown actors used the identity of a 73-year-old resident of the 1800 block of Sassafrass Lane, Lower Macungie Township, to open credit card accounts between June 13 and 26.

State Police Fogelsville are seeking information in a hit and run accident July 8 along Princeton Road, Lower Macungie Township, where a sport utility vehicle struck a tree and the driver fled the accident scene. According to police, at approximately 1:28 a.m. a 2014 Jeep Cherokee registered to a couple in Orefield was being operated by an unknown person in the eastbound area of the 5300 block of Princeton Road. The driver was negotiating a right curve in the roadway at a speed greater than reasonable and prudent under conditions and the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree on the north side of the road. Multiple airbags were deployed and the operator fled the scene on foot. Anyone with information regarding the crash is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.

A Waynesboro man and his passenger were injured when their vehicle stuck a traffic sign board and a guardrail in an accident July 4 along Interstate 78 in Lower Macungie Township. According to police, the crash occurred approximately 1:31 p.m. on Interstate 78 in the area of mile marker 53.9, Lower Macungie Township. Charles W. Silverstein, 69, and his passenger Cathy Silverstein, 64, both of Wayneboro, were traveling westbound in the right lane of travel when their vehicle traveled northwest onto the shoulder of the road and struck a plastic pole marker before striking a large towable Pennsylvania Department of Transportation sign board. The top portion of the sign snapped off, striking the roof of the vehicle, according to police. The bottom portion of the sign was thrown to the shoulder of the road. The vehicle continued further and struck a metal guardrail with its passenger door and stopped facing south. Both persons in the car sustained injuries and were transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital by Cetronia Ambulance. Upper Macungie and Lower Macungie fire companies assisted at the scene. The vehicle was towed from the scene. A citation was issued, according to police.

Timothy Michael Reed, 40, of Macungie, was taken into custody under suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop for an alleged traffic violation along U.S. Route 222 South at Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:06 a.m. June 18. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Jordan Michael Belschner, 29, of Sweet Valley, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence and related traffic offenses after a vehicle crash in the 3100 block of Main Road East, Upper Milford Township, 6:52 a.m. June 24. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Paige Cierra Craig, 23, of Allentown, was charged with harassment after allegedly striking a female, 33, of Bethlehem, in the 8000 block of Quarry Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:45 p.m. June 22. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Rolando Glberto Roman, 32, of Allentown, was charged with alleged manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while operators license was suspended or revoked after an incident along Hamilton Boulevard at Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:49 p.m. June 11. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
