Scott Zeiner, 36, of Allentown, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence following a vehicle crash in the 700 block of East Emmaus Avenue 12:27 a.m. July 2. Zeiner was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Kevin Davilla Gaviria, 22, of Emmaus, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence following a vehicle crash in the 800 block of Ott Street 12:14 a.m. July 2. Davilla Gaviria was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Etherwaldo Padilla, 37, of Bethlehem, was issued a citation for allegedly dumping evergreen brush along Constitution Drive 11:25 a.m. July 4.
