Margaret H. Smith, 76, of Bethlehem, died July 11, 2017, at Lehigh Valley Hospital- Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late Arthur Kleppinger and Earl Smith.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Caroline (Updegrove) Scheller.

She is survived by a son, John Kleppinger of Allentown; a sister, Barbara Edwards of Allentown; nieces; and nephews.

She was predeceased by two brothers, Edward H. and Albert T. Scheller; and four sisters, Bernice Askins, Ruth Ann Long, Minnie Mae Zimmerman and Cathy Riedel.
