Allan G. Buck, 32, of Allentown, is charged with allegedly driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a vehicle stop in the 100 block of West Main Street June 26. He was transported to central booking where he was arraigned. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Leah Baker, 47, of Fogelsville, is charged with allegedly driving under the influence after police were dispatched to the 100 block of East Main Street for an incident involving several parked vehicles June 23. According to police, Baker allegedly was found to be under the influence of a narcotic. Baker was transported to Central Booking and released after processing. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Donna Volack, 50, of Allentown, is charged with alleged possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia after a vehicle stop in the 200 block of West Main Street June 3. Volack allegedly was a passenger at the time of the vehicle stop. Volack was transported to Central Booking. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Maria Lopez, 28, of Bronx, N.Y., is charged with alleged drug possession after a vehicle stop in the 900 block of East Main Street. Lopez allegedly was the vehicle operator at the time of the stop. Officers detected the odor of marijuana and found Lopez allegedly to be in possession of over 30 grams of marijuana as well as drug paraphernalia. Lopez was transported to Central Booking. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Rodriguez Norlen Garcia, 19, of Miami, Fla., was charged with alleged forgery after police were called to Key Bank, 201 W. Main St., June 23, for a possible fraudulent check attempting to be cashed. Garcia allegedly attempted to cash a similar check in Upper Macungie Township earlier and police alerted Macungie Police to the incident. Police encountered Garcia as he was leaving the bank and he was placed in custody. An investigation revealed Garcia allegedly attempted to cash a fraudulent check for $6,000. Garcia was transported to Central Booking. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Police were dispatched to the 20 block of West Main Street July 5 for the report of a 17-year-old male and 15-year-old female attempting to force entry in the home of another juvenile male. Police apprehended the two teens on the scene. An investigation revealed the juveniles were threatening the other juvenile through text messages. The pair then went to the residence and the female juvenile began kicking the rear door of the residence, attempting to gain entry. Additionally, the teen possessed a stun gun which she was igniting and threatening to use once inside the residence.
After the two juveniles were detained, Steven Crummel, 21, of Allentown, the boyfriend of the sister of one of the juveniles detained, allegedly went to the residence of the juvenile who was threatened. Crummel allegedly threatened the juvenile, took his cellphone and deleted all of the incriminating text messages. Crummel was taken into custody, according to police.
The juveniles were charged with conspiracy, terroristic threats, criminal mischief and other offenses. Crummel was charged with alleged intimidation of a witness and obstruction. All were taken to Lehigh County Central Booking for processing. The juveniles were taken to juvenile detention and Crummel was arraigned, according to police. Charges against Crummel were filed, according to court documents.
Brant William Kloiber, 35, of Catasauqua, is charged with allegedly carrying a firearm without a license after a vehicle stop for traffic offenses along West Main Street June 28. According to police, Kloiber allegedly was found to be in possession of a loaded pistol under the seat of the vehicle. A check revealed Kloiber allegedly did not have a license to possess a firearm. He was transported to Central Booking where he was arraigned. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
