Albert George Morris Jr., 40, of Emmaus, was arrested June 15 for simple assault and harassment after allegedly being involved in a domestic dispute in the 900 block of Broad Street, according to police. An Apple iPod device was left in the East Penn Diner, 1418 Chestnut St., and found to be missing when the victim returned. The device was valued at $300. The incident was reported June 16.
Jennifer Marie Talley, 26, of Allentown, was arrested June 9 in the 400 block of Dalton Street for allegedly driving under the influence and failure to drive within her lane, according to police. Basem Ali Afif, 25, of Allentown, was arrested June 14 for allegedly driving under the influence, driving under suspension, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and restrictions on alcohol after allegedly striking a curb and utility pole in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. He was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center and processed. Charges were filed, according to documents.
Annmarie Wieder, 38, of Emmaus, was arrested in the 200 block of Ridge Street June 12 for alleged possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed, according to documents.

Citations were filed against Waterman and Philbin, according to police and court records.
