SWAIN SCHOOL
The Swain School, 1100 S. 24th St., Salisbury Township, will offer summer programs July 10 to Aug. 4, with weeklong camps for children entering prekindergarten through ninth grade in the fall.
Swain faculty will offer a variety of half-day and full-day programs ranging from science, math, arts and aerospace, to a variety of sessions based in The Imaginate Center, home of Swain’s Makerspace program.
Classes are available in woodworking, digital photography, and engineering and design.
Campers can also choose an all-day “Broadway Camp” culminating in a performance for families and friends, or participate in the World Peace Game, a hands-on political simulation, played in a game format. As ‘nation teams’ the campers will work together to achieve peace for all.
