An unknown actor removed a white Giant bicycle with an orange bag valued at $500 from a location in the 200 block of North First Street. The incident was reported June 14.
Anthony Ordonez, 25, of Allentown, was arrested May 13 in the 500 block of State Road for allegedly driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, speeding and failure to drive within his lane. Ordonez was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center and processed, according to police. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Jennifer Ann Biggs, 46, of Emmaus, was arrested May 20 for allegedly driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, careless driving and failure to drive within her lane after being involved in an accident at Pennsylvania Avenue and Shimerville Road. Biggs was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center and processed, according to police. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Timothy L. Kiriposki, 74, of Coopersburg, was arrested May 17 for suspicion of driving under the influence in the 1100 block of Chestnut Street. He was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center and processed. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Chazwan Tashawn Bryan Peart, 19, of Emmaus, was arrested June 5 for alleged possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of North Seventh Street. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Luis R. Lopez-Garcia, 46, of Bethlehem, was arrested May 30 for simple assault and harassment in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue after allegedly being involved in a domestic dispute. Lopez-Garcia was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center and processed. Charges were filed, according to court records.
Barry R. Seifert II, 40, of Emmaus and an 18-year-old male, of Emmaus, were arrested for harassment June 8 in the 600 block of Chestnut Street after a domestic dispute, according to police. Citations were filed, according to court records.
An unknown actor entered a home and removed a safe containing cash and various paperwork from a location in the 100 block of South Fifth Street. The incident was reported June 15.
A 15-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested June 1 for arson after an investigation that began March 23. The boy allegedly started a fire in the 1000 block of the Norfolk Southern Railroad tracks. The male was enrolled in the Impact Project for adjudication.
A set of keys with a car alarm was found in the 1100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue and are now stored at police headquarters.
