A letter from a resident retiree was written to the commissioners about the sewer and water system. As sewer bills are based on water usage, it becomes an issue when residents have sprinklersystems. This will be researched at the committee level.

A resident complained about traffic during Willow Lane school dismissal times. Cars are using side streets into Brookside Farms as a way to escape the backlog of traffic. They are also using these roads to avoid the crossing guards. Drivers are also making U-turns in the intersections.

In other business, a few problems are being fixed at Hamilton Crossings, Trexler Business Center is moving along with some improvements to buffering, plans for an Outback Restaurant are moving forward including fixing an ADA ramp and an ADA ramp at Target also needs adjustments.

The township is determining what needs to be completed at the Hills of Lockridge. There is no developer involved now so the township wants to complete unfinished projects such as missing pathways and walkways to curb cut-outs. There is also the possibility of creating off street parking where the children use playing fields. Keystone is to make a determination as to costs for study and construction.

It was suggested a uniform material be considered for the sidewalks being proposed on Hamilton Boulevard.

There is a project proposed for Baird Medical and Taco Bell along the Hamilton corridor near Krocks Road. This proposal will also aid with a traffic problem for Meadowyck Condominiums. It is proposed to be a more updated construction and design to aid in enhancing the environment along the Hamilton corridor. Four commissioners voted in favor, with Richard Ward absent and Brown voting against. His concern is for the environment on Hamilton Boulevard not to become like MacArthur Road.
