Tree Identification for Professionals
Penn State Extension-Montgomery County will hold a tree identification for green industry professionals class from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 28 at the Penn State Brandywine Campus and the Tyler Arboretum, Media.
This session has been approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture for two Category 05, 06, 18, 23, and PC pesticide update credits. The cost which includes morning refreshments, lunch, handouts and admission to the Tyler Arboretum. Pre-registration required. For information, call 610-489-4315 or email exs33@psu.edu.

NCC national tech ranking in top 10
Northampton Community College was named by The Center for Digital Education as one of the top ten large community colleges for its effective deployment of technology in a 2016-17 survey.
This is the fourth consecutive year the school was in the top ten based on how the college used technology to improve services to students, faculty, staff and the community at large.
NCC’s five focus areas are leadership in technology, student outreach, student success, community engagement and diversity and global engagement.
