The last day of school will be June 13. There will be early dismissals during this week while students take final exams.

Please note that kindergarten dismissals are different, and the last day for kindergarten is June 12. Parents received information regarding kindergarten dismissals.

No lunches will be served on half days.

All cafeteria balances and library or classrooms fines must be paid to receive your child’s final report card. The money that is currently in your lunch accounts will continue into next year. Students keep their same PIN and account number for their entire school career at Whitehall.

Updating student information will be very important this summer. Parents and/or guardians will be receiving a letter in the summer that will remind them to go online and update their child’s information. This will include all phone numbers, emergency contacts, email addresses, text numbers and permission for field trips and photos for the 2017-18 school year.

Please read the information carefully and update your child’s information by Aug. 24.

If you move out of the district this summer, please notify the school, so transfer papers may be supplied for your new school.

Also, if you move within the Whitehall-Coplay School District, you must provide a new proof of registry to the transportation building. Contact Michelle Khouri at 610-437-4780, ext. 1014.

If you are changing bus stops for the 2017-18 school year, please notify the bus transportation office at this same number by July 7.

The first day of school for the 2017-18 school year will be Aug. 28. It is very important students begin the school year on time to learn classroom orientation and routines. Parents and guardians are asked to consider this when making vacation arrangements.
