A resident in the 1100 block of Cedar Crest Boulevard reported the theft of a black men’s mountain bike 10:36 a.m. May 15.

A resident in the 1300 block of Maumee Avenue reported 1:50 p.m. May 18, the theft of jewelry valued at $480 following a fire at the home.

A resident in the 700 block of Mortimer Street reported the theft of medicine 2 p.m. May 18.

A hanging plant was reported stolen from a front yard in the 1000 block of Oldstone Road 11 a.m. May 22.

Thomas Morris, 45, of Emmaus, was issued a citation for alleged disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after being questioned by police in the 200 block of Chestnut Hill Road 8:36 a.m. May 12.

Barbara Montalvo, 25, of Philadelphia, was issued a non-traffic citation for alleged disorderly conduct 2:01 a.m. May 14 at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest.

Kaitlin Haynes, 29, of Allentown, was issued a non-traffic citation for alleged disorderly conduct following a traffic stop in the 800 block of Susquehanna Street 6:20 p.m. May 15.

A resident in the 1100 block of Bellair Court reported 3:11 p.m. May 14, a vehicle drove into the yard creating damage to the turf and knocking down a retaining wall. Police are investigating.

Thirteen mailboxes in the 2800 block of Andrea Drive and the surrounding streets were found vandalized 2:57 a.m. May 16.

A resident in the 900 block of Belford Road reported a broken window of a work van 12:02 p.m. May 16. A broken golf club was found nearby in the street.

A resident in the 900 block of Flexer Avenue reported a mailbox was knocked down 8:30 a.m. May 16.

A resident in the 2800 block of Andrea Drive reported a mailbox was found lying on its side 8:40 a.m. May 16.

A resident in the 1400 block of Sage Street reported two tires on a vehicle were punctured causing $300 in damage 7:06 a.m. May 23.

Nicholas Rios, 31, no known address, was charged with alleged driving while under the influence, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness 5:37 p.m. May 16. Police found Rios and his car in a parking lot in the 3300 block of Lehigh Street with Rios allegedly urinating outside of the vehicle. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Ryan Couch, 30, of Allentown, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence following the report of a suspicious vehicle at Laubach Park, 1630 Lehigh Ave. 4:09 p.m. May 23. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
