Toddler Owen Rex is battling cancer in his kidneys.

Jennifer Dietrich is the victim of the hit and run accident more than two years ago in Schnecksville.

She has had more than 60 operations and is still suffering with much pain.

She needs daily care and is going through rehabilitation.
