Kyle Thomas Armbruster, 27, of Allentown, was charged with aggravated assault after he allegedly attacked two EMS workers in an incident in the 8200 block of Spring Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:33 p.m. March 22. According to police, the EMS workers attempted to give aid to Armbruster. He allegedly physically assaulted both workers, causing a concussion and other physical injuries. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
A resident of Limeport Pike, Lower Milford Township, reported a glass water jug containing approximately $600 in coins and a PlayStation 3 game console were removed from the residence between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. April 18. According to police, the resident reported the unnamed suspects used a key he kept on his back porch and entered the home through the side door of the residence or through an unlocked window. An unnamed suspect entered the CVS store, 958 S. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2 p.m. April 7 and removed several electronic toothbrushes and a blood pressure machine from the store without paying for the items.
Jesse James Heiserman, 36, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after he allegedly removed merchandise valued at approximately $600 from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:30 p.m. April 1. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
A 60-year-old resident in the 2200 block of Cross Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, reported damage to a car sometime between 6 p.m. April 17 and noon April 18.
