Reported by a resident in the 6000 block of Shepherd Hills Ave., Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor entered the residence by force and removed three handguns between 8:45 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. April 21. The stolen guns were a Glock 19 9 mm, a Glock 30 .45-caliber and a Smith and Wesson M&P Shield .40-caliber. Reported by a resident in the 7100 block of Powder Valley Road, Upper Milford Township, an unknown actor removed a white Yamaha Warrior Quad all-terrain vehicle and a mini dirt bike from the driveway of the residence between 7:30 p.m. April 6 and 10:27 p.m. April 8. Ryan Jacob Pavlick, 24, of Emmaus, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence, trespassing and disorderly conduct after he was stopped for allegedly trespassing in the 3900 block of Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, 3:45 a.m. Feb. 20. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
A trooper responded to AT&T Wireless, 750 N. Krocks Road, Suite 207, Lower Macungie Township, for a report of a burglar alarm 8:48 p.m. Feb. 9. The alarm was determined to be false and is the fifth occurrence in 12 consecutive months at the location resulting in a summary offense.
A trooper responded to FedEx, 2929 Schoeneck Road, Lower Macungie Township, for a report of a burglar alarm 7:46 a.m. Feb. 17. The alarm was determined to be false and was the fourth or subsequent false alarm at the location. A citation was filed, according to police.
A trooper responded to Univest Bank, 5089 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, for a report of a burglar alarm 7:35 p.m. April 20. The alarm was determined to be a fifth false alarm in a 12-month perid. A citation was filed for control of alarm devices and automatic dialing devices, according to police.
Reported by a resident along Hunt Drive, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor spray-painted the front door of the residence overnight April 20.
Reported by a resident in the 5600 block of Stonecroft Lane, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor broke the rear window of a vehicle between 12:01 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. April 15.
