Jennie I. Hunsicker, 77, of Walnutport, died April 14, 2017, in the inpatient hospice unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Herbert A. Hunsicker.

Born in Kempton, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Dorothy (Kamp) Bowers.

She was the director of administrative services at Lincoln Technical Institute, Allentown, for 35 years until she retired in 2012.

She was a member of Union United Church of Christ, Neffs.

She is survived by four children, Wallace E. and his wife Susan Fister of Idaho, Gloria J. Mondschein of Schnecksville, Gary R. Fister of Catasauqua and Sharon M. Corripio of Walnutport; two stepchildren, Gayle Oswald of Macungie and Brett Hunsicker of Slatedale; 10 siblings, Harry and Howard Bowers of Slatington; Richard Bowers of Alabama, Donald Bowers of Kunkletown, Russell and Mark Bowers of Germansville, Ruth Frable of Northampton, Carol Jones and Dorothy Kresini of Slatington and Linda Leibenguth of Fogelsville; and four grandchildren.

She was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters.
