Jerry T. Devito, 60, of Emmaus was arrested April 2 on suspicion of simple assault and three counts of harassment after an argument ensued in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Devito was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking and processed. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Trenton Bors, 23, of Emmaus, was arrested April 4 on suspicion of simple assault and harassment after a domestic dispute in the unit block of North Fourth Street. Bors was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center and processed. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

An 18-year-old male was arrested for disorderly conduct March 30 after using vulgar language and causing alarm at Emmaus High School, A citation was filed at the magistrate’s office, according to police.
