SISTER CITY

There will be a Cherry Blossom Festival from noon to 5 p.m. April 22 in the Garden of Serenity next to the Bethlehem Public Library at Sakon Place.

There will be food, children’s crafts, a tea ceremony, Japanese traditional dress to try on and a display of artifacts given to Bethlehem by its sister city, Tondabayashi, Japan.
