State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Rickie L. Todd, 63, of Emmaus, was driving a 2009 Mack truck 9:48 a.m. April 11 along Memorial Road, just east of Route 309, Lynn Township. when the truck backed into a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox driven by James R. Tosh, 67, of Germansville,

According to police, Todd was traveling westbound on Memorial Road, when he put his vehicle in reverse and struck the SUV, which came to a stop in the lane of travel directly behind the Mack truck.

Neither driver nor Tosh’s passenger, also from Germansville, no age given, and who was in a child safety seat, was injured. Both drivers were wearing seat belts, police say.
