State Police Troop M Bethlehem allege a 14-year-old Philadelphia female struck a 26-year-old Lenhartsville woman multiple times in the back and pulled her hair 6 p.m. March 2 at Kids Peace, 5300 KidsPeace Drive, North Whitehall Township.
A nontraffic citation was filed against the teen with District Judge Jake Hammond, South Whitehall Township.
State Police Troop M Bethlehem say Leslie A. Molina Cruz, 40, of Orefield, was driving a 2004 Suzuki Grand Vitara XL7 when it hit a mailbox and tree at 6:31 a.m. April 3 at 4105 Levans Road, North Whitehall Township.
According to police, Cruz was driving east, when her vehicle traveled across the white fog line and off the shoulder into the grass, striking the mailbox at the Levans Road address.
Her SUV then continued in the grass, before crossed the double yellow line into the westbound lane of Levans Road then left the north side of the roadway, striking the tree, before traveling into a grass field at 3930 Coplay Creek Road.
Molina Cruz, who was wearing her seat belt, sustain a suspected minor injury, police say.
The SUV sustained disabling damage to the passenger side front and wheel.
Northern Valley Emergency Medical Services assisted at the scene.
