Montaser Hassan Hanbali, 28, of Allentown, was charged with suspicion of possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop along South Cedar Crest Boulevard at Fish Hatchery Road, Salisbury Township, 11:59 p.m. March 27. According to police, Hanbali allegedly was in possession of Clonazepam and Xanax for which he did not have a valid prescription. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Heather Marie Busch, 46, of Bethlehem, was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and other charges after troopers responded to a vehicle crash along the Interstate 78 West off ramp to Cedar Crest Boulevard, Salisbury Township, 8:11 a.m. March 21. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
