Andres Alberto Valencia, 38, of Macungie,was taken into custody for simple assault after a verbal altercation allegedly escalated in the 3700 block of Knight Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 12:28 p.m. March 21. According to police, Valencia allegedly placed his hands around the neck of a person and applied pressure for a period of ten seconds and then pushed the person into a wall. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Clayton George Stauffer, 60, of Lehighton, was charged with suspicion of retail theft after he allegedly attempted to remove $75.48 worth of retail merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:17 p.m. March 21. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Two unidentified females entered CVS/Pharmacy 958 S. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:15 p.m. March 20 and concealed approximately 10 Amope pedicure files before leaving the store without paying for the items. The females then fled in a dark colored sport utility vehicle, possibly a Jeep, with a Pennsylvania registration containing the numbers 3844. Anyone with information on this incident may contact Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.

Reported at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, an unnamed 22-year-old female, of Allentown, entered the store 12:23 a.m. Feb. 27 and was waiting in line in the self-checkout aisle. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the woman proceeded to leave the store without paying for any of the items in her shopping cart. The woman walked out of the northern exit and was stopped by Walmart employees in the vestibule. The total value of stolen property was $356.88.

Reported at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, two males attempted to remove $951.83 in merchandise from the store 8:40 p.m. March 21.

Reported by a 55-year-old female, of Breinigsville, money went missing from the woman’s purse while at Giant, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, between 7:09 a.m. and 1 p.m. March 13. The investigation continues, according to police.

Corinna Lynn Stump, 48, of Mertztown, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Sauerkraut Lane at Willow Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 1:43 a.m. March 11. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Charles Franklin Dilliard III, 34, of Emmaus, was taken into custody for allegedly driving his vehicle under suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop on Buckeye Road at Tank Farm Road, Upper Milford Township, 1:44 a.m. March 12. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Jason William Moyer, 39, of Breinigsville, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after he was stopped for an alleged traffic violation along state Route 222 just south of Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:33 p.m. Jan. 27. Charges were filed, according to court records.

Corrine Nancy Sergent, 31, of Bethlehem, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance after a traffic stop along Fairway Lane at South Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:16 a.m. Feb. 2. Sergent was later released, according to police. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Dane Edward Santa, 26, of Emmaus, was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after an traffic stop along North Street, east of South Cedar Crest Boulevard, in Emmaus borough, 12:40 a.m. Feb. 15. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Crystal Nicole Ortiz, 38, of Allentown, was charged with suspicion of allegedly driving under the influence of marijuana and in possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop along U.S. Route 222 North at Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:32 p.m. Feb. 10. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Jared Keson Newton, 23, of Macungie, was taken into custody for suspicion of allegedly driving under the influence of marijuana and being in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop in the 4700 block of Yorkshire Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 12:06 a.m. Feb. 11. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Alexis Nikole Pysher, 22, of Coplay, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Cedar Crest Boulevard in the area of Indian Creek Road, Upper Milford Township, 2:36 a.m. Feb. 12. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Robert John Naydyhor, 36, of Emmaus, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence after a one-vehicle crash into a tree in the 2700 block of Brunner Road, Upper Milford Township, 7:27 p.m. Feb. 6. Charges were filed, according to court documents.,

Kyle Justin Wenner, 28, of Emmaus, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence, indecent exposure, institutional vandalism, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident beginning in the 6600 block of Kings Highway, Upper Milford Township, 5:45 a.m. Jan. 30 when troopers were called to the location for a disturbance. The caller told police an unwanted and intoxicated male was inside her residence and arguing with another person. While troopers were on their way to the residence, the male, identified by state police as Kyle Justin Wenner, fled the residence. Troopers found Wenner at his residence where he allegedly was visibly intoxicated. Wenner also allegedly had drug paraphernalia at the time. Wenner allegedly was uncooperative and vulgar with troopers. He was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wenner was then transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center where he allegedly became physically uncooperative toward troopers and staff. He allegedly refused testing and had to be placed into a holding cell. Wenner allegedly kicked the cell door, screamed, cursed and made threats. He also allegedly exposed himself to others and purposely flooded the holding cell and was moved to a clean cell where he allegedly repeatedly urinated on the floor. He later allegedly removed his clothes and blocked the window of the cell. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Andrew S. Jefferis, 34, of Macungie, was charged with suspicion of allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along South Krocks Road at Country Club Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 2:06 a.m. Feb. 18. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Jarrett Stair, 28, of Slatington, was charged with suspicion of allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Mill Creek Road, north of Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:08 p.m. Feb. 21. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Karyn Ruth Zukas, 51, of Macungie, was taken into custody for suspicion of allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along state Route 100 at Brookfield Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 12:57 a.m. Feb. 25. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Andres Jose Rivera, 34, of Pottstown, was taken into custody for suspicion of allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop on South Cedar Crest Boulevard, south of Little Lehigh Drive, in Emmaus borough, 2:28 a.m. Feb. 26. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Dana Marie Himmelsbach, 21, of Pennsburg, was taken into custody for suspicion of allegedly driving under the influence and other charges after a single vehicle accident along Kings Highway, just south of Janes Lane, Lower Milford Township, 5:10 p.m. March 7. According to police, Himmelsbach was southbound when the vehicle she was driving slid across the northbound lane and struck a pole in a head-on collision. The vehicle then struck a tree. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Marc Francis Stecker, 33, of Emmaus, was charged with suspicion of allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Lower Macungie Road at Wild Cherry Lane, Lower Macungie Township. 12:12 a.m. Feb. 28. Stecker also allegedly was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to court documents.

Steven Brown, 48, of Tobyhanna, was charged with suspicion of allegedly being in possession of a small amount of marijuana after a traffic stop on Interstate 476 North, just south of Chestnut Street, in Emmaus borough, 12:40 p.m. Dec. 6, 2016. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Ceasar Jose Deleon, 25, of Allentown, was charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana after a traffic stop for multiple violations along Route 222 North, north of Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:08 p.m. March 11. Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville described Deleon as a passenger in a vehicle stopped for multiple violations. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

Reported by resident of the 3400 block of Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor removed a tablet from an unlocked vehicle 1:15 p.m. March 20.

On Feb. 16, Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville Troopers were notified of a black female and other unknown suspects entering 11 Giant stores located in the Lehigh and Northampton counties and purchasing Visa gift cards with a fraudulent credit card. A felony arrest warrant was issued.

A resident of Stole Road, Upper Milford Township, notified police of an attempt to make a fraudulent purchase of an items using the resident’s credit card 4:22 p.m. March 14.

Reported by a resident in the 3200 block of Church View Road, Lower Milford Township, unknown actors attempted to open a credit card in the resident’s name Feb. 22.
