State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Justin William Ternosky, 36, of New Tripoli, was allegedly driving his vehicle under suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol during a traffic stop 1:05 a.m. March 23 at 8487 Carpet Road, Weisenberg Township.

Police also allege Ternosky was in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Ternosky was taken into custody, police say.

Charges were filed with District Judge Rod Beck, Slatington.
