Northampton Community College culinary arts alumni will share tips as they prepare delicious dishes at the Robert C. Wood Chef-in-Residence spring program 6 p.m. March 27 in Lipkin Theatre, Kopecek Hall, Bethlehem Campus, 3835 Green Pond Road, Bethlehem Township.
Dishes prepared will include Middle Eastern curry tuna and scallop, red crimson lentils, duck rillette, cereal milk panna cotta and other items. Audience members will get a taste of each dish.
The chefs will include Shawn Doyle of Savory Grill, Dan Goulet of Lords Country Club, Tyler Baxter of Emeril’s Chophouse and Kelly Stem of Hampton Winds.
The event is open to the public. There is a cost.
Tickets will be sold at the door, but advance reservations also will be taken.
Proceeds will benefit the college’s culinary arts and hospitality management programs.
