Tyrone Davis Jr., 22, of New Rochelle, N.Y., was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop by state police at 3000 S. Pike Ave., Salisbury Township, 9:17 p.m. Feb. 25. According to police, two young children were passengers in the rear of the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
Jason Michael Cavanagh, 36, of Reading, was taken into custody and charged with possession with intent to deliver narcotics and other charges after a traffic stop along Interstate 78 West at mile marker 56.2, Salisbury Township, 3:01 a.m. March 13. A search of the vehicle allegedly yielded seven ounces of suspected marijuana, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Charges were filed, according to court records.
