Alexis Jean Koch, 24, of Whitehall, was charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation along Interstate 78, 4:59 p.m. Feb. 26. Charges were filed, according to court documents.
