Upper Macungie Township police are investigating two reports of vehicles being “egged” on Feb. 24.
According to Lt. Peter Nickischer, criminal investigations and community services division commander, the first incident was reported at 9:22 p.m. in the 5200 block of Surrey Court.
He said a witness observed a vehicle, possibly an older Mitsubishi Gallant or similar style vehicle, arrive in the area.
The operator, described as a younger white male, exited the vehicle and egged the victim’s vehicle before leaving.
The witness said the driver’s door creaked loudly when it opened.
Nickischer says approximately 10 minutes later, a second vehicle, located in the 5900 block of Meadow Drive, was egged.
These incidents remain under investigation.
